Soil: Silt loamy soil.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low T °C. Battonage applied for 2 months.
Color: Pale rose color with purple hints.
Nose: Strawberry, pomegranate, and white peach.
Palate: Refreshing acidity and a smooth, lingering elegant finish.
